Solicitors

The Board of Directors passed a "no solicitation" resolution at their June Board meeting. In the June 2001 newsletter, it was noted that homeowners should contact the non-emergency police line if they see solicitors in Clarke Farms. This is an update to that information. The Town of Parker has requested that homeowners who have problems with solicitors please contact the Code Enforcement Officer, Suzanne C. Freund, at 303-805-4875. If Suzanne is not at her desk, please leave a detailed message and she will get back to you. For those homeowners who did not see the July newsletter, you are reminded that solicitation in Clarke Farms is limited to only those persons who have been given a permit from the Board of Directors, as well as from the Town of Parker. If a solicitor comes to your door, ask to see a copy of their permit. If they are unable to produce any documentation, contact the Code Enforcement Officer.
